Peak Holiday Season is just around the corner- and for those of you that rent out your homes during the busy months, it can be a daunting and challenging time.
We are lucky enough to live in what booking companies call a “honey pot.” This means that holiday makers are drawn to West Wittering and its beautiful sandy beaches; Goodwood and its spectacular events like the world famous Festival of Speed and The Goodwood Revival; the South Downs for its fantastic scenery and to historical cities like our very own Chichester. Great for business, but tricky if you are managing your holiday lets alone.
This is where Home & Dry come in! Our dedicated Holiday Lets team will manage your property from start to finish. Once we have received the booking from your managing agent (we work with a variety of both national and local companies) we will schedule your pre-stay visit, be on hand during your guest’s stay for any problems, queries or recommendations and then be ready to clean and check the property when the guests leave. We offer a fully comprehensive check-out service, that includes photos and an inventory.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide a complete package to our Sussex Holiday Let owners. We have our very own onsite laundry in Chichester, to manage your linen, as well as ample storage space for linen during the quieter months (which we store at no extra charge.) Our cleaners are highly trained, with an excellent eye for detail. The detail is vitally important for holiday lets, especially with the increasing popularity of Air BnB and Trip Advisor, where guests can review you instantly. First impressions certainly count!
We can provide welcome packs for your guests- with anything from fresh coffee and a cake for their arrival, or a load of freshly baked bread, butter and jam. We make sure your property is extremely well presented and provide your guests with all the requirements of a self-catered stay including soap, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, bin bags etc. We ca even provide wood if your property has a fireplace, organise window cleans, oven, carpet and upholstery cleans as well as organising regular garden maintenance. We have a handy list of local, trusted tradesmen on call should there be an emergency at your let. We really do offer a fully managed service.

Many of our owners live in different counties or abroad, so they trust us to look after the day to day running of their holiday let business. We understand that this is your business and that the process needs to run as smoothly as possible. Our team is on call 24 hours a day for you and your guests and we will always put our holiday let customers first.
We work very closely with our holiday let owners to develop a personal care package for your holiday let- we spend time learning the nuances of all our properties and really care. We check and change lightbulbs and turn down the heating when the guests whack it up to 30 degrees in the middle of summer (gasp!)
